1. What types of projects does Manda Kakaire manage?
We handle a wide range of projects including residential homes, commercial buildings, mixed-use developments, and institutional facilities. Whether it’s a small-scale renovation or a large construction, our project management services ensure smooth execution from start to finish.
2. Do you only work with your own architectural designs, or can you manage external designs?
We can work with both. While we offer architectural design services in-house, we are also happy to manage projects based on designs provided by other architects or clients.
3. Are you familiar with Kenyan building regulations and approval processes?
Yes. We have extensive experience navigating Kenya’s planning, permitting, and regulatory requirements, including county government approvals, NCA (National Construction Authority) registration, and environmental assessments when needed.
4. Can you help with sourcing and managing contractors?
Absolutely. We pre-qualify reliable contractors, negotiate contracts, and oversee their work to ensure it meets quality and safety standards.
5. What happens if I don’t like the design?
Our design process includes multiple review stages where you can share feedback before anything is finalized. If you’re not satisfied, we revise the design to align with your vision while still meeting safety, regulatory, and budget requirements. Our goal is to ensure you’re happy with the final concept before moving into construction.
